Whole body cryotherapy (WBC) uses cold temperatures to stimulate the regulatory functioning of the brain and also triggers a release of endorphins resulting in an overall increase in circulation. This process facilitates recovery and healing from exercise and injuries.
We recommend that you try with 5 sessions over a 1-2 week duration to experience the full benefits of WBC. A session takes about 2 minutes at a temperature of -110 degrees celsius. On your first visit, you will be assessed by the WBC technician as there are some contraindications for clients such as pregnancy, heart related conditions, acute illness, etc.
