Safety has and will continue to remain at the top of our priority list for our staff, patients and community. We do a lot of things behind the scenes but feel that it is important to be completely transparent when it comes to the safety procedures that we have in place to keep everyone safe here at Kemptville Physio.
Before You Arrive
Pre-Screening
One of our best defences to keep people safe is asking the questions! You will receive a pre-screening email 24-hours before your appointment. Upon your arrival we will simply ask if anything has changed!
Hand-Washing Stations
Hand-washing is such a staple these days! We have hand-washing stations located at all entrances, exits and throughout the clinic for your safety and ours.
Masks Recommended
Masks are recommended for any visitors at the clinic. Therapists wear disposable masks as per professional college standards and our front desk staff may wear either a cloth or disposable mask.

We have two ways to enter or exit the clinic to continue to allow for physical distance as patients come and go!
Physical Distance
Our space allows for safe physical distancing as you move around the clinic during your visit.
Safe Waiting Area
We have a safe, physically distanced waiting area to accommodate patient’s arrivals prior their scheduled appointment. Feel free to come a few minutes early to relax before your visit!
Clean Space
All rooms and equipment are thoroughly cleaned between visits/ individual use. General touchable surfaces are cleaned minimum 4 times per day.
After Your Visit
Contactless Payment Options
We offer contactless invoicing and payment options are in place to reduce your contact and save you time! Please ask our front desk staff to help get you set up with the method of payment that works for you!
Exits
We have two ways to exit the clinic to continue to allow for physical distance as patients come and go! Hand-washing stations are located at all exits and throughout the clinic for your safety.
Follow-Up Visits
We’ve got you covered! We have a mobile booking desk set up for in-person help after your visit. We also have online booking open so that you can schedule your next appointment at your convenience.
Our Responsibility
We maintain a record of all visitors including time + date of visit. We also keep a daily record of our cleaning protocols each day. All infection control products used within the clinic are approved by the Government of Canada.
